Adrian Anderco currently serves as the Romania Location Manager at Visteon Romania since August 2022, while also holding the position of Software Engineering Manager at Visteon Corporation since March 2019. In these roles, Adrian is responsible for team development, ensuring the right skills and talent are in place, providing necessary tools and equipment, facilitating knowledge transfer, driving improvements, maintaining quality of work, and tracking metrics. Prior to Visteon, Adrian held leadership positions as Group Leader and Team Leader at Continental Automotive Romania from June 2003 to January 2019.
