David Silva

David Silva is a seasoned professional in information security and IT governance with a strong background in auditing and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security GRC at Visteon Corporation since January 2023, David has also held the role of Senior Information Technology Auditor. Prior experience includes working as a Cyber Security Risk specialist at NOS SGPS and as a Consultant in FSO Advisory at EY, where projects focused on IT General Controls and Data Quality. David's academic achievements encompass a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico. Additionally, David contributed to IT governance research, particularly with the COBIT 5 framework, during a tenure at INOV INESC INOVAÇÃO, participating in significant projects such as the implementation in the Ministry of Finance and Banco BIG.
