Slim Temimi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement within the manufacturing and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Global Lean Senior Manager and previously as Continuous Improvement Opex Senior Manager for Europe and the Americas at Visteon Corporation since April 2019, Slim has held multiple leadership roles that leverage expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at TE Connectivity, as well as various positions at Johnson Controls, culminating in over a decade of experience in quality engineering and process improvement. Slim holds a Dipl Engineer degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Engineering School of Tunis.
