Steven Walters

Steven Walters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Chief Program Engineer at Visteon Corporation since June 2023, Walters previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at Plastic Omnium Lighting and spent a decade at Varroc Lighting Systems, where responsibilities included total business unit management and program relationships with major OEMs such as Stellantis, VW, and GM. Prior roles include North American Program Management Lead and Business Unit Manager at Varroc, along with Senior Program Manager at Visteon and various engineering roles at Ford/Visteon and United Technologies. Walters holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and Business from the University of Michigan, and has completed post-graduate studies at IESE Business School.
