Ryan Winterfeldt

Ryan Winterfeldt serves as the Cloud Infrastructure Manager at Vistex since July 2018, where impactful projects include architecting and implementing a new Google Cloud infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code best practices and building a Multi-Region Private Cloud with OpenStack. Previous roles at Vistex included System Engineer and Senior Systems Administrator, focusing on Google Cloud and OpenStack management. Concurrently, Ryan also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Joliet Junior College, covering server administration and virtualization. Prior experience includes positions at Indiana Botanic Gardens and Crete-Monee School District, where responsibilities encompassed managing Windows Server infrastructures and active directory environments, along with extensive experience in PowerShell scripting and VMware. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology from Governors State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Joliet Junior College.
