Matt Smith

Matt Smith has over two decades of experience in the field of Information Technology. Matt is currently serving as the Vice President of Information Technology at Visioneering Inc. Prior to this, they held various roles at Humanetics Innovative Solutions Inc., including Director of Information Technology, IT Manager, Senior System Administrator, and System Administrator. Matt also worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Affordable Computers Inc. Matt'sresponsibilities have included budgeting, mentoring, vendor management, project management, risk mitigation, strategic decision making, IT security, managing IT service desk staff and system administrators, measuring service desk effectiveness, providing technical support, administering server environments, network troubleshooting, applying patches and service packs, system backups, implementing high-performance computing clusters, and supporting end-users.

From 1997 to 2003, Matt Smith attended Eastern Michigan University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems.
