Katherine Wright

Katherine Wright is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Country Lead for New Zealand at VISTRA, focusing on Guardian Trust and Covenant Trustee Services. Previous positions include Human Resources Consultant roles at Kiwibank and Hello Monday NZ, and Chief People Officer at Qotient Inc. Katherine has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, including Senior Manager at KPMG New Zealand, Director at Blue Sky Consulting Limited, and Country HR Manager at Grant Thornton. Earlier career experiences include HR Manager and Advisor positions at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, along with HR consultancy roles in major corporations such as Morgan Stanley and HSBC. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education, both from The University of Auckland.
