Rienk Brouwer serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Legal for Asia Pacific at VISTRA since September 2019. Prior to this, Rienk held the position of Head of Legal (General Counsel) at Learning Technologies Group plc from May 2017 to September 2019, overseeing global legal and compliance practices. Rienk also served as General Counsel at NetDimensions before its merger with LTG. With extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, Rienk has a strong background in managing legal teams, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and leading dispute resolutions. Previous roles include Senior Manager in Corporate Finance at Solveigh, and Solicitor positions at Holland Van Gijzen Attorneys at Law and Brummelhuis&Stein Notarissen. Rienk holds multiple law degrees, including a Master of Laws from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
