Simon Holley

Simon Holley leads the Global Compensation & Benefits function for the HR Advisory consulting practice at VISTRA, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Simon was the Director of Human Resources at Dreamtek, where they oversaw a global HR function. Simon's extensive background includes significant roles at WPP, where they established and led the HR function for the Global Head Office. Simon has also pursued advanced education, currently studying for an Associate CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate in Human Resources and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology at London Metropolitan University.
