Veronica Chan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in relationship management and compliance within the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Relationship Management for Greater China at VISTRA since February 2017, Veronica also holds the position of Director for Compliance Asia in the Company Formation sector. Prior to VISTRA, Veronica contributed over 8 years at OIL - A Vistra Group Company as Head of Compliance, Asia and General Manager of Account Management Services. Veronica began the career as a Trust Officer at HSBC International Trustee Limited from February 2005 to July 2006. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a bachelor's degree in Economics from York University.
