Simon Burns

Simon Burns is the Senior Strategic Land Manager at Vistry Group, specializing in identifying and managing strategic residential land opportunities across the south of England. With a focus on providing strategic advice throughout the planning system, Simon has extensive experience in overcoming various land and planning challenges. Previously, Simon served as the Assistant Strategic Land and Planning Manager at Taylor Wimpey plc and has been an active member of the Matrics Committee at RICS. Simon continues to pursue a degree in Property Finance & Investment at Nottingham Trent University while also contributing to YEP Southampton as a committee member.
