I work with sculpture, glass art and photographs.


As an artist, I work with various materials and forms of expression but starting out from a basic idea which is recurrent irrespective of the form. This is an experimental examination of the life we live. The material is usually subordinate to the idea in my work, without thereby underrating its treatment or execution since the material can in itself stand for both the idea and the artistic creation. Art is far too exciting to be limited to one kind of material. The material becomes a channel or a language by which I can communicate with my surroundings without using words, say things which words cannot concretize.
