Damon Calabrese has worked in the event and exhibit industry for over 38 years. From 1981 to 2017, they worked for Sho-Aids, Incorporated in various roles, including National Account Manager / Onsite Support, Onsite Account Manager, and City Manager / Exhibitor Services. Damon'sresponsibilities included managing and overseeing I&D services, freight management, labor needs, and show site services, developing creative and cost-effective exhibit solutions, generating and developing all exhibit concepts, supervising onsite labor, and negotiating and managing local union labor contracts.
