Elina Inkinen's work experience includes several roles in different companies. Elina started their career as a Salesperson at Finlayson Oy in 2017, where they worked until September 2018. In 2018, they joined Granit Funktion & Förvaring AB as a Salesperson and held the position until January 2021. Elina then worked at Suomen YMCA liitto as an Assistant from November 2019 to May 2020. Elina'sresponsibilities included financial administration, invoicing, and documentation of project activities. Elina also provided training on Microsoft Teams. From February 2021 to January 2023, Elina worked at Bird & Bird as a Legal Assistant Trainee and later as a Legal PA. Currently, they are working as an HR Coordinator at Visual Components starting from January 2023.

Elina Inkinen began their education in 2013 at Helsingin luonnontiedelukio, where they completed their upper secondary school education. From 2018 to 2021, they attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Modern Languages and Business Studies for Management Assistants. In 2020, they also studied at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
