Graham Wloch has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Knight Global as a Mechanical Designer, responsible for designing end of arm and ergonomic lift assist tooling, as well as overhead rail systems and jib booms.
In 2013, Wloch joined Visual Components as a Training Team Lead, utilizing their knowledge gained from mechanical design to transition into manufacturing simulation. Graham implemented a more personalized training approach that focused on immediate customer needs and achieving a faster return on investment. Graham held this role until 2016.
From 2016 to 2018, Wloch served as a Technical Manager at Visual Components, leveraging their experience in mechanical design and training & support to better understand the application of software to manufacturing needs.
