Visual Components
Roberto R. began their work experience in 2006 as a Research Assistant at the Tampere University of Technology, Department of Production Engineering. In this role, they designed and developed the architecture for one of the frameworks of the Modeling and Simulation of Manufacturing Systems for Value Networks (MS2Value) project. Roberto also participated in the Flexible Assembly Systems through Workplace-Sharing and Time-Sharing Human-Machine Cooperation (PiSA) Project, where they served as a designer and main developer of the Knowledgebase system, Resource Loader, and KBClient applications.
In 2010, Roberto R. joined Visual Components as an Application Engineer. Roberto held this position until March 2019 when they transitioned to the role of Product Owner. As a Product Owner, they are responsible for overseeing the development and management of Visual Components' products.
Roberto R. completed their education journey with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Automation Engineering from Tampere University of Technology from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they pursued from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, Roberto R. was an exchange student at the International University in Germany for a brief period in 2003.
In terms of additional certifications, Roberto R. obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2019.
