Severi Keisala

Severi Keisala has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as an Agricultural Engineer at MTY Keisala, where they were involved in various tasks such as field work, machine maintenance, animal husbandry, and the management of daily operations at a dairy farm. In 2019, they joined Sandvik as a Production Development Engineer Trainee, where they worked on projects aimed at improving production processes and creating transparency within production cells. In 2020, they moved to Delfoi Oy as a Project Engineer, responsible for commissioning customer projects and providing support regarding robot calibrations and user training. Severi also worked on R&D tasks related to robot post-processors. In 2022, Severi was promoted to the role of Project Manager at Delfoi Oy, taking on additional responsibilities such as scheduling and resource management for customer projects. Most recently, in 2023, Severi joined Visual Components as an Application Engineering Manager, focusing on OLP applications.

Severi Keisala began their education journey in 2013 at Tampere University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Severi successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in 2018. In the same year, Severi engaged in exchange studies at Bishop's University, focusing on Business Administration and Management. This provided him with a broader understanding of the field. Severi'sacademic pursuits continued at Tampere University of Technology, where they enrolled in a Master's program in Mechanical Engineering from 2018 to 2020, ultimately earning a Master of Science degree.
