Swathi Kasoju has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Swathi began their career at Wipro Limited in 2008 as a Frontend Developer, where they were responsible for developing Windows applications and implementing SQL procedures. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Software Engineer, focusing on enhancing and maintaining various shared sites and applications. During this time, they played a key role in upgrading the eRoom Application. In 2013, Swathi became a Senior Software Engineering, where they continued to design and develop web and Windows applications, particularly ASP.Net Web API for SQL database integration. In 2016, they progressed to the role of Senior Software Developer, where they provided expertise in designing and developing client/server and web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. At Accenture, Swathi worked as a Frontend Developer from 2017 to 2018, contributing to application development projects. Swathi then took on the role of an Application Development Senior Analyst, overseeing the development and analysis of applications. Currently, Swathi holds the position of a Web Developer and Scrum Master at Visual Components, where they play a crucial role in web development and leading agile development methodologies as a Scrum Master.
Swathi Kasoju has a diverse education history. In 2005, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Osmania University. Swathi then furthered their education by pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they completed in 2012.
Recently, in 2017, Swathi attended Hanken & SSE Executive Education, where they completed a program in Business Lead with a focus on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
In addition to their formal education, Swathi Kasoju has also achieved a certification as a Scrum Master. Swathi obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) credential from Scrum Alliance in October 2021.
