Zinaida Melnikova

Zinaida Melnikova has extensive work experience in the fields of creative content, art direction, graphic design, and entrepreneurship.

Starting in 2003, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Mebeus for three years. From 2006 to 2008, they held a similar position at the company "Компания «Элитал»". In 2010, Zinaida joined Kemppi Oy as a Graphic Designer for five years.

In 2016, they became an Art Director and Graphic Designer at Mainostoimisto Sektori, a role they held for nearly four years.

Since 2015, Zinaida has also been an Art Director, Visual Designer, and Entrepreneur, working independently and providing services such as creating and developing websites, online shops, UI designs, static and dynamic visual content for social media, logos, brand and identity, presentations, print design, and newsletters.

In 2023, they joined Visual Components as a Creative Content Specialist.

Zinaida Melnikova began their education in 2000 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in design of multimedia resources at the Saint-Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts in 2005. Zinaida furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) in Graphic Design at the University of Lapland from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Zinaida has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Zinaida received certifications in subjects such as Advertising on Instagram, Defining Your Creative Edge to Promote Your Work, and Social Media Marketing with Facebook and Twitter, all from LinkedIn. Zinaida also completed Google Ads (AdWords) Essential Training (2018), UX Design courses on creating personas and scenarios, and Social Media Marketing Foundations courses. Zinaida obtained these certifications between 2015 and 2019 from both LinkedIn and lynda.com.
