Christian Edwards

Christian Edwards has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Christian began their career as a Runner at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where they handled physical media and learned about providing excellent customer service. Christian then moved on to the role of Transcode Operator, producing content for clients including BSkyB and Netflix. Christian was promoted to Senior Transcode Operator, where they also took on the responsibility of training junior operators and improving processes. After leaving Deluxe, they joined Deluxe Technicolor Digital Cinema as an Account Coordinator, working in the Trailers team and raising client orders. Christian then worked at EIKON Group as an Account Manager before joining Visual Data Media Services in the same role. Throughout their career, Christian has demonstrated their ability to work under tight deadlines, deliver high-quality work, and provide excellent client service.

Christian Edwards attended Buckinghamshire New University from 2009 to 2012. During their time there, they earned an Upper Second Class Hons degree in Film and television production. Christian also obtained several additional certifications, including "Become a Customer Service Specialist" and "Become a Sales Representative" from LinkedIn in October 2020, as well as a certification in "Master In-Demand Professional Soft Skills" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
