Ioanna Louka

Ioanna Louka has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Booking Manager for a tourist agency until 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a freelance translator for several companies, including Translations Greek Russian English and Global Services LTD, specializing in Greek-English and Russian-Greek translations.

In 2016, Ioanna worked as a Russian-Greek Freelance Translator for Fotoshkola, assisting Greek students in an online photo school. Ioanna also served as a Freelance Website Translator for a tourist website in Greece, translating texts about Greece and famous sights into Russian and English.

In 2017, Ioanna continued their freelance translation work while also taking on additional roles. Ioanna worked as a Freelance Subtitle Translator for WordNautics and as a Subtitle Translator/Proofreader for Iyuno Media Group.

Starting in 2018, Ioanna joined TELUS International as a Quality Analyst in Content Moderation, where they conducted audits, provided performance feedback, and coached agents based on their needs and performance. Ioanna held this position until May 2022.

In 2022, Ioanna briefly worked as a Quality Analyst for Customer Service at Crypto.com but had to leave due to the company's financial situation. Ioanna'sresponsibilities included ensuring quality in the customer service sector.

Currently, Ioanna is working at Visual Data as the Team Lead for the GR Team. Ioanna'sroles include serving as an intermediary between the VDMS Coordination team and the Greek team, assigning projects based on team availability, and monitoring project completion to meet deadlines with support from Coordinators.

Throughout their career, Ioanna has gained experience in translation, customer service quality analysis, website design development, and booking management.

Ioanna Louka began their education in 1998 at the University of Macedonia, where they studied Balcan Slavic and Oriental studies. Ioanna completed their studies at the university in 2004. Later, in 2014, Ioanna attended IEK for a period of two years. During their time at IEK, they focused on web-design, developing, and programming. Unfortunately, no degree was specified for either of their educational experiences.
