Stuart Gilbert

Stuart Gilbert has an extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the media and entertainment industry.

Starting in 2001, they worked as an Interactive Assistant at Framestore for four years before joining Technicolor as a Senior DVD Author in 2005. Stuart then moved to Richmond Studios in 2006 as the Head of DVD, where they stayed until 2008.

In 2008, they joined Metropolis Studios as a Technical Manager and worked there until 2011 when they took on the role of Head of Encoding at Dubbs-Eyeframe for a brief period.

Stuart then joined Premier in 2012 as the Head Of Digital and Technical Operations, where they remained until 2018. During this time, they held various managerial positions at Visual Data Media Services, including Head Of Digital Services from 2018 to 2019, and Director Of Operations from 2019 to 2021.

In 2021, Stuart became the Head of Technical Operations at Evolutions until 2023 before transitioning to their current role as the Director of Operations at Visual Data.

Stuart Gilbert obtained a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire in the years 1997 to 1998. Subsequently, they pursued further studies at the same university and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Software Systems for the Arts and Media from 1998 to 2001.
