For more than 25 years, Visual Dialogue has been asking smart questions, developing thoughtful creative solutions, and going beyond the expected to tell our clients’ stories.

Visual Dialogue is a full-service agency with a wide range of services and capabilities, including branding, advertising, collateral, packaging, websites and video. Principals Fritz Klaetke and Susan Battista are directly involved in every project, big or small. And because strategy informs our process at every step, our clients can expect award-winning work that delivers impressive results.

Visual Dialogue has received notable awards in the communications design industry including the American Institute of Graphic Arts, Art Directors Club, MITX, Type Directors Club, and The Webby Awards. Our work has been featured in publications such as Communications Arts, HOW, I.D., Novum, and Sports Illustrated, and is included in the permanent collection of the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum in New York City. In 2013, Fritz won a Grammy Award for excellence in packaging design for "Woody at 100: The Woody Guthrie Centennial Collection".

Our distinguished list of clients includes Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Crystal Financial, Cynosure, Fast Company, Harvard University, HBO, Institute of Contemporary Art, Himmel Hospitality, Jamestown Properties, MIT, Moshe Safdie and Associates, and Smithsonian Institution.
