John Bingle

John Bingle is the current Corporate Treasurer at Visual Edge. John has held this position since July 2004. Prior to that, they were the Business Unit Controller - Sterile Processing at STERIS Corporation from April 2003 to July 2004. In that role, they were responsible for all financial planning and analysis activities for the business, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing activity, and providing analytical support for marketing activities.

From March 2000 to December 2002, John was the Director of Investor Relations at Invacare Corporation. In that role, they directed a strategic investor relations program and provided financial and strategic assistance in business development activity. John was credited for improving and simplifying Invacare's investment story, increasing visibility and increasing sell-side analyst coverage by four analysts.

Prior to their role at Invacare Corporation, John was the Director of Investor Relations at The B.F. Goodrich Company from June 1990 to November 1999. Before that, they served as a First Lieutenant - Ordnance Corp, Missile Maintenance Staff Officer in the United States Army from May 1984 to August 1988.

John Bingle received their MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, where they majored in finance. John also holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where they minored in economics.
