Bill Harter, MBA, serves as Principal ESG Solutions Advisor at Visual Lease since November 2016, specializing in the development of a carbon and ESG accounting platform for client disclosure needs. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Harter combines extensive knowledge of FASB, IASB, and GASB accounting standards to provide top-tier solutions for Lease Accountants and Administrators. Prior experience includes consulting for JLL as Transactions Manager, managing corporate real estate teams at CBRE, and various leadership roles in development and transaction management at organizations such as Terranova Corporation and Phillips Edison & Company. Harter holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Cincinnati.
