Brian Kemper

Brian Kemper has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Brian most recently worked at Visual Lease as a Principal Software Engineer, focusing on frontend development. Prior to that, they were a Staff Software Engineer at Facet, where they contributed to critical features and led the development of a component library.

Before that, Brian worked at SparkPost as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they managed the Frontend Guild and coached team members through various projects. Brian also held the role of Engineering Manager at SparkPost, overseeing the Frontend Guild and implementing workflows and service-level objectives. Additionally, Brian worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SparkPost, where they contributed to the customer-facing user interface and the development of a component library.

Earlier in their career, Brian worked at STAQ as a Team Lead, managing a team of software engineers and implementing a software development life cycle. Brian also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at STAQ, contributing to the development of an advertising analytics web application.
