Jonathan Brice is a knowledge management expert who empowers users through clear and accessible product knowledge and learning. With a diverse background in hospitality, Jonathan transitioned from a full-time receptionist at Nunsmere Hall Prima Hotels to various leadership roles, most recently serving as Director of Knowledge Management at Visual Matrix where they lead a team to enhance client and internal training. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington and is pursuing multiple certifications in Workforce Development and Training. In addition to a successful career in hospitality, Jonathan currently provides in-home pet care through Rover.com.
