Rick Franklin

Rick Franklin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rick is currently the Director of Services and Operations at Visual South since January 2020. Prior to that, from July 2013 to January 2020, they were the Managing Partner at iNData Solutions Group, where they focused on human capital acquisition, management, and consulting.

From July 2010 to June 2013, Rick served as the SVP of Global Client Services at Partech International. In this role, they led a 500+ direct report Global Services organization specializing in Life Cycle Management and ROI attainment for various technology solutions.

Before that, from December 2007 to July 2010, they were the VP Global Services at Honeywell Scanning and Mobility/HandHeld Products. And from February 2003 to December 2007, they served as the Director, Americas Services in the same company.

From 2000 to 2003, Rick was the VP of Operations at Cayman Systems. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2000, they worked at Sandlake Farms/USA Floral as Sales and Marketing/GM, where they were responsible for importing and converting fresh cut flowers for mass market distribution.

Rick's early career started in the US Navy, where they served as a Naval Aircrewman/Electronic Aviation Warfare Operator from 1987 to 1995. Rick had over 2,500 hours of flying experience in support of peace and war-time intelligence gathering activities.

Rick Franklin attended the University of West Florida from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued studies in Computer Science. Rick later enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011, majoring in Finance.
