David MacDonald

David MacDonald serves as the Executive Vice President and Board Member at BarTrack, Inc., a leader in draft beverage management and quality control, since September 2021. MacDonald is also a Managing Member of Ravens Run Holdings, LLC, specializing in angel and real estate investing, as well as consulting for startups. Additional roles include Board Member at Visual Workforce, which provides a skills management platform, and former Commissioner of the Loudoun County Economic Development Advisory Commission. MacDonald has a rich background in operations and human resources from previous leadership positions at K2M, JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration, CMSI, Biomet, Kirschner Medical Corporation, and First Maryland Bancorp. MacDonald holds a Master’s degree in Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from James Madison University.
