Dana Simonson, PharmD, BCPS, is a clinical pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in patient-centered healthcare, specializing in home infusion, hospital, and community pharmacy settings. Dana has a management and leadership background and currently leads the development and review of specialty pharmacy clinical programs at Fairview Pharmacy Solutions to enhance healthcare outcomes. Previously, Dana designed and expanded the ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Program in an ambulatory setting and has served on multiple boards, including the Minnesota Pharmacy Alliance and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. Dana holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at the University of St. Thomas.
