Anna Babenko has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Anna started their career as a Testing Engineer at Forex Club in December 2009 and worked there until February 2011. Later, they joined Mars in March 2011 and held various positions. Anna initially worked as a SAP Support Analyst, responsible for resolving incidents, problems, and requests in SAP ERP modules until October 2013. After that, they became a SAP Support Senior Analyst, providing 24/7 support to customers primarily in the EU region until January 2016. Anna then became the SAP CRM Service Owner, managing a team of offshore members and software contracts, as well as ensuring ongoing service delivery for SAP CRM solutions and a field service application until May 2018. Following this role, they served as the Digital SRM Service Lead, managing a team and maintaining relationships with strategic partners for a highly integrated SRM ecosystem until June 2020. During their tenure at Mars, they were also responsible for managing teams, recruiting new members, and executing service improvement plans. Currently, Anna is working as a Customer Success Manager at Visualfabriq - AI Enhanced Revenue Management since March 2023.

Anna Babenko attended Altai State Technical University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Engineer Programming with a focus in Computer Software Engineering. In May 2017, they also obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN.
