Deborah Poli

Deborah Poli has extensive work experience in various HR and recruitment roles. Deborah is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Visualitics, where they oversee recruitment processes, supports talent attraction strategies, and acts as an HR Generalist. Prior to this, they held the same position at DATAIS. Deborah also worked as a People and Culture Consultant at Eli Z Group and as a Recruiter & Family Tutor at EpiCura. Deborah has previous experience as an HR Generalist at WORKING SOC COOP, where they managed various HR responsibilities. Additionally, Deborah has experience in managerial and customer service roles at Sitel Group. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Quality Control Officer at WORKING SOC COOP, a Receptionist at Bologna Business School - Università di Bologna, and completed an internship at PIQUADRO S.p.A.

Deborah Poli has a diverse education history. Deborah obtained a Master's degree in Political Communication from the Università degli Studi di Torino, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, studying from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they spent a year studying International Relations and Affairs at the Universidad de Granada from 2010 to 2011.

In recent years, Deborah has pursued further education to enhance their skills in HR management and talent development. Deborah obtained a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Digital Talent Management from UNIR Formación Profesional, where they studied from 2020 to 2021. Deborah also attained a Master in Management delle Risorse Umane (Master in Human Resources Management) from Radar Academy - School of Management, completing their studies in 2022.

To supplement their academic qualifications, Deborah has obtained several certifications. Deborah completed the "Percorso HR Mindset" program at RADICAL HR in October 2022 and received certification as an "Experto en Gestión Digital del Talento" from Edix Educación in January 2022. These certifications highlight their dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the field of human resources.
