Annika Håkansson has worked in various roles since 2014. Annika began their career as a seasonal worker at Stockmann, starting in the Herkku food department and later moving to the cosmetics department after they received their beautician license. During this time, they learned a great deal about quality customer service. In 2019, they joined giosg as a Sales Development Representative and Sales Trainee. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Visualizer Visit.
Annika Håkansson is currently enrolled at the Helsinki Design School, studying Graphic Design. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in 2020.
