Xuejun Dong

Xuejun Dong has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Xuejun started their career as an IT Specialist at Shanghai Hongqiao Mechanism Works Co., Limited in 1995. Xuejun then moved on to Santak Electronic where they served as a Senior QA Manager from 1999 to 2001. Xuejun joined MedioStream in 2001 and held the position of Senior QA Manager until 2007.

In 2007, Xuejun joined VisualOn, Inc. and held various roles during their tenure. From 2007 to 2013, they served as both the PM Director and QA Director, overseeing the design of test cases and plans for various products. Xuejun also provided reliable quality assessment for the company's updating products.

From 2013 to 2017, Xuejun served as the Head of RD Team at VisualOn, Inc. Xuejun was responsible for ensuring the development of high-quality products such as OSMP+, streaming protocol, codec, file parser, and subtitle.

In 2017, Xuejun was promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager of Shanghai and Vice President of Sales in China at VisualOn, Inc. In this role, they managed the Shanghai office and the entire team, including Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Human Resources. Xuejun played a crucial role in winning deals with major clients such as China Mobile, ZTE, and OPPO.
