Mr. Perez is one of the original founders of VisualPoint and has played a pivotal role in its success. In addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Perez currently leads the firm’s ServiceNow practice and supports one of the firm’s longest-running client relationships at the U.S. Department of Education. As the Client Relationship Manager at the Department, Mr. Perez has overseen a number of high-profile project successes including the implementation of ServiceNow for the Facilities Services Division under the Office of Finance and Operations. This engagement included the rollout of core ServiceNow applications for ITSM, ITBM, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Performance Analytics (PA), as well as custom applications for Lease Management and Facilities Reservations Management.
Mr. Perez is a proud graduate of the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Information Technology with a concentration in Decision Support Systems. Mr. Perez is a certified Project Management Professional and ServiceNow-certified Administrator.
