Heather Louise has extensive experience in the fields of marketing and conversion optimization. Currently serving as Head of CRO at Visualsoft Ltd since June 2017, Heather has also held roles such as Senior Conversion Strategist and Conversion Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, Heather was the Marketing Manager at UKNIGHT SOLUTIONS LTD from January 2014 to May 2017 and founded the online retailer Glitzy n Glamorous, specializing in bridal shoes and accessories from 2009 to 2013.
