From 2012 to 2016, they were a Sales Executive and Business Development Associate/Account Manager at GRM Document Management. In 2016, they were a Sales Executive at BarkerBlue, specializing in Digital Asset Management. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Sales Executive at Randstad Technologies US. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Senior Solutions Executive and Sales Executive Digital Solutions at Access | Information Management. Currently, they are a Director of Digital Solutions at VisualVault and a Director - Digital Solutions-Visual Vault at GRM Information Management Services.

Jeff Pauletti attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where they studied Political Science and Government.
