Declan Starasts has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as State Manager for VIC/SA - Bulk at Visy since February 2019. Previous roles at Visy include State Warehouse Manager for VIC, State Logistics Manager for NSW - Glass, Solutions Optimisation Analyst, and Commercial Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Procurement Officer at Moreton Bay Regional Council and various roles at Procureit Australia, including Logistics Manager and Export Officer. Declan began a career at Woolworths Group as a Warehouse Operator. Declan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics/International Logistics from Queensland University of Technology, completed in 2018, and is currently pursuing Diplomas in Project Management and Leadership and Management at National Training Pty Ltd.
