Troy H. has extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in talent development, organizational performance, and management. Currently, Troy serves as General Manager of Talent and Capability and Culture Capability and Performance at Visy since September 2020, following multiple senior positions at Telstra, including Global Head of Performance and Organisational Development Manager.
