Vincent Waroux

Vincent Waroux is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as GM Operations at Visy since October 2010, Vincent oversees two production facilities and played a key role in the acquisition of Charta, a packaging business in New Zealand. Previously, Vincent held the position of NSW Operations Manager at Visy Specialties, providing operational leadership at two sites serving the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors. Earlier in career, Vincent spent over a decade at Reckitt Benckiser, where roles included Head of Manufacturing in Sydney, Site Director in Hull, Factory Director in Lisbon, and Production Manager in Chartres, achieving significant operational improvements and cost efficiencies across multiple locations. Vincent holds a Master of Administration in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
