Jim Curtis

Jim Curtis served as a Director of Maintenance at Atlantic Marine Corps Communities from 2007 to 2010, managing over 105 staff and overseeing the maintenance of over 6,500 military homes. Prior to that, Jim spent 27 years with the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant while coordinating maintenance for Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Subsequently, Jim held the position of National Director of Maintenance, Safety, and Facilities at Hunt Companies, Inc. until 2021, and has been the Head of Operations at Vitacorps since 2025, focusing on delivering science-based solutions to enhance indoor air quality and overall living environments.
