Vital Root Wellness is a virtual nutrition practice rooted in functional and integrative medicine. We help people get to the root of what’s driving fatigue, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, inflammation, and metabolic dysfunction—then create personalized strategies that actually fit real life.

Founded by Jessica Coghill, MS, CNS, our work combines clinical nutrition expertise with a down-to-earth coaching style that helps clients stay consistent, even with busy lives. We specialize in supporting gut health, hormone balance, nervous system regulation, and sustainable body composition changes—whether you’re navigating chronic symptoms, optimizing athletic performance, or working to maintain results after GLP-1 medications.

Our process is collaborative and evidence-based. We partner with functional medicine clinics and referring doctors to ensure coordinated care, using advanced lab testing and data-driven nutrition to guide each step.

Services include:
– One-on-one virtual consultations with custom protocols
– Functional lab interpretation and targeted supplement guidance
– Nutrition support for PCOS, PMS, IBD, IBS, acne, fatigue, anxiety, autoimmunity, GLP-1 use, and more
– Performance and recovery strategies for active individuals
– Corporate wellness talks and team workshops

At Vital Root Wellness, our goal is simple: help you feel better, function better, and stay well—for the long haul.
