Don Hall

Don Hall has over 16 years of experience in finance and planning roles. Don is currently working as the Senior Director of FP&A at Vitalant since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Apollo Education Group for 6 years, starting as an Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in March 2013 and eventually being promoted to Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in August 2015. Before joining Apollo Education Group, Don worked as a Finance Professional at Amazon.com for 2 years, where they were responsible for labor planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Don also managed 2 direct reports. Earlier in their career, Don worked as a Finance Manager at Amkor Technology from September 2006 to August 2011 and as a Finance Manager at JP Morgan Chase from 2003 to 2006.

Don Hall has a diverse educational background. Don attended Brigham Young University from 1987 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Later, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued an MBA in Business at Arizona State University. In 2003, they attended Arizona State University again and completed a Post-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, which they finished in 2005. Apart from their formal education, Don Hall has also obtained additional certifications. In 2019, they became a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. Additionally, in March 2022, they acquired a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
