James Leclair

James LeClair has a strong background in the healthcare industry, specifically in blood donation and resource management. James started their career at Blood Systems in 2007 as a Donor Care Director and worked their way up to become a Regional Director of Field Operations in 2014. In 2016, they transitioned to Vitalant, where they held the role of Senior Manager of Donor Care until 2022. James then took on the position of Senior Manager of Staff and Resource Scheduling Processes. James LeClair has extensive experience in managing donor care activities and has developed expertise in staff and resource scheduling processes.

James LeClair attended Texas Tech University from 2000 to 2006, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General. In January 2021, they obtained a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from ASQ - World Headquarters.
