John Duffin

John Duffin has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. John is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at ViTalent since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Consultant at an independent consultancy firm from November 2021 to March 2023. In 2016, John became a Member of YPO, and they held this role until July 2022. From 2002 to 2021, they worked at Verista as the Chief Operating Officer and at Clarke Solutions as the President. John also served as the President of Acquire Automation, Inc. from 2002 to 2020 and as its Vice President from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, in 2014, John served as the President of the Board of Directors at Verbal Behavior Center for Autism (VBCA).

John Duffin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. John also obtained a minor in Management during their time there. In addition, they have received certification in Youth Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in 2022.
