John Gustafson

John Gustafson has a strong background in supply chain management and consulting, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. John most recently served as the Director of Supply Chain at VitalPath, where they were responsible for end-to-end supply chain activities and implemented an ERP system, resulting in improved processes and supplier relationships. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Consultant at Gustafson Consulting, focusing on business strategy and global supply chain operations. John also held senior positions at Sherwin-Williams, Valspar, American Medical Systems, Smiths Medical, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific, where they successfully implemented process improvements, led cross-functional integration, and achieved revenue growth and increased gross profits. Throughout their career, Gustafson demonstrated their ability to drive efficiency, improve business decisions, and enhance customer experience through their expertise in supply chain management.

John Gustafson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Their field of study focused on Management Science, with a minor in Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Master Black Belt (MBB) from Medtronic in August 2003.
