Lisa Swanson

Lisa Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lisa is currently working as the Human Resources Director at VitalPath. Prior to this, they served as the Senior HR Manager for the US region at Integer Holdings Corporation from September 2018 to September 2022. Lisa also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College for a brief period in 2018.

Before that, Lisa was a Business Consultant and Leadership Coach at Gold Star Developers from October 2017 to September 2018, where they facilitated strategic planning processes for businesses and assisted in designing future structures.

Lisa Swanson attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Lisa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from this institution. In 2014, Lisa also received the SPHR certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
