Sharon Hartman

Sharon Hartman DHSc, MS, RN serves as the Director of Quality at VitalSolution since April 2023, following an extensive career at Jefferson Health Northeast from 1995 to 2023, where roles included Senior Specialist in Quality and Safety and Operating Room Registered Nurse. In the capacity of Senior Specialist, Sharon chaired the Jefferson Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Council, facilitated quality improvements, and developed rework procedures to enhance workflow. As Charge Nurse in the Operating Room, responsibilities included supervising 25 staff members and managing the daily schedule, along with ensuring readiness and compliance in the operating environment. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Health Science in Population Health from Thomas Jefferson University, a Master of Science in Population Health Management from the same institution, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Philadelphia University, and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Northeastern Hospital School of Nursing.
