Esther Go

Esther Go is an experienced professional in client relationship management, currently serving as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at VitalSource since March 2023. With a strong background in developing and maintaining C-level relationships, Esther excels in customer engagement, financial health monitoring, and implementation strategies across various organizations. Prior to VitalSource, Esther held multiple roles at Akademos, Inc., leading the Client Success department and managing significant enterprise accounts. With additional experience at McGraw-Hill Education and the Chinese American Parents Association, Esther possesses a diverse skill set in training, strategic planning, and account management. Esther earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Business, graduating cum laude from Queens College, and previously attended Bronx High School of Science.
