Mark Bledsoe

Mark Bledsoe serves as General Counsel at VitalSource since June 2021, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles, including Assistant General Counsel at Ingram Content Group from September 2014 to June 2021 and Senior Corporate Counsel at MEDHOST from May 2012 to August 2014. At MEDHOST, an organization offering healthcare solutions to over 1,000 hospitals, Mark contributed to managing care and addressing regulatory challenges. Prior experience also includes positions as an attorney at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, focusing on intellectual property, and at Lanier Ford Shaver & Payne, P.C. Mark holds an LLM in Tax and a J.D. from The University of Alabama, as well as a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
